Dr. Nishil Gowda

Dr. Nishil Gowda is a distinguished Consultant Medical Oncologist at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital, where he also serves as a Transplant Physician within the FACT-accredited Bone Marrow Transplant (BMT) unit. With over five years of experience, he is deeply passionate about the clinical management of a wide range of solid tumors and hematological malignancies. He earned his specialized training in Medical Oncology from the prestigious JIPMER, Pondicherry, and is a European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) certified professional. In 2025, he underwent Global Bone Marrow Transplantation training at the University of Illinois, Chicago (UIC), focusing on advanced cellular therapy and international BMT protocols. He not only excels in clinical practice but also acts as an academician, mentoring postgraduate trainees and actively participating in relevant oncology research studies. He has also demonstrated leadership in clinical excellence by successfully heading quality improvement projects under the mentorship of the National Cancer Grid.
