Dr. Kumara Swamy

Dr. Kumara Swamy D.R., Consultant – Department of Neurology, Ramaiah Institute of Neurosciences, is a dedicated Neuropsychologist with a special interest in adult and child neuropsychological disorders and rehabilitation. He has been working at Ramiah Memorial Hospital for the past 12 years with an active involvement in clinical, medico-legal and, research areas with numerous publications. He has completed nearly 2000 lobar functions, assessments with cognitive interventions for chronic illnesses like head injury, stroke, dementia, multiple sclerosis and other neurocognitive impairments.He also specialized in children’s individualized education plans, speech, writing, grip, reading, behavioral issues, assessment, diagnosis, and intervention/rehabilitation.
