Dr. Gireesh M S

Dr.Gireesh completed his MBBS from Karnataka Institute of Medical Sciences Hubli, MD in General Medicine from Bangalore Medical College, DM in nephrology from IKDRC-ITS, BJ medical College, Ahmedabad. Has been a part of Ramaiah Medical College from 2010 and currently working as Consultant in the Department of Nephrology at Ramaiah Memorial Hospital. Dr.Gireesh is interested in treatment of Acute Kidney injury, Diabetic nephropathy, Hypertension and Kidney transplantation. Has presented papers in International conferences and publications in national and international journals. Presently am a member of the Executive Council of Indian Society of Organ Transplantation. Have given many invited lectures and chaired many sessions at various events. My goal is to improve outcomes for patients with kidney diseases and to undertake measures for primary prevention of kidney diseases.
